How did the show as a whole make you feel?
I felt quite a lot, i followed and felt the emotions of the cast during this read through. Connecting with them and the scene was very easy and the pains and joys shared were experienced by us all.
What did you think it was about?
Culture, change, fear, love and family.
What was your most memorable part?
The Maori girl coming out to her mother, being thrown out, then realising she was invited to live with Alex’s family.
Did you fall asleep?
No, but glad my mask covered all my sleepy yawns.
Any notable mentions?
The whole cast are adorable, watching them just be themselves was joyous.
